Lakelands West

Non-waterfront residential property sales in the Lakelands West region numbered 400 units in the third quarter of 2024, slowing 5% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

The Lakelands West region covers the areas of The Blue Mountains, Clearview, Collingwood, Grey Highlands, Meaford, and Wasaga Beach.

Months of inventory numbered 6.7 at the end of the third quarter of 2024, up slightly from the 6.6 months recorded at the end of the third quarter of 2023.

Lakelands Central

Non-waterfront residential property sales in the Lakelands Central region numbered 457 units in the third quarter of 2024, slowing 7.1% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

The Lakelands Central region covers the areas of Midland, Orillia, Oro-Medonte, Penetanguishene, Ramara, Severn, Springwater, Tay, and Tiny.

Months of inventory numbered 6.4 at the end of the third quarter of 2024, up from the 5.6 months recorded at the end of the third quarter of 2023.

The Lakelands North region covers the areas of Algonquin Highlands, The Archipelago, Bracebridge, Dysart et al, Georgian Bay Township, Gravenhurst, Highlands East, Huntsville, Lake of Bays, Minden, Muskoka Lakes, and Parry Sound.

Months of inventory numbered 5.7 at the end of the third quarter of 2024, up from the 5 months recorded at the end of the third quarter of 2023.

Waterfront property sales in the Lakelands West region numbered 27 units in the third quarter of 2024, down significantly compared to the same quarter in 2023.

The Lakelands West region covers the areas of The Blue Mountains, Clearview, Collingwood, Grey Highlands, Meaford, and Wasaga Beach.

Months of inventory numbered 18.1 at the end of the third quarter of 2024, up from the 7.5 months recorded at the end of the third quarter of 2023.

Waterfront property sales in the Lakelands Central region numbered 71 units in the third quarter of 2024, up nine sales compared to the same quarter in 2023.

The Lakelands Central region covers the areas of Midland, Orillia, Oro-Medonte, Penetanguishene, Ramara, Severn, Springwater, Tay, and Tiny.

Waterfront property sales in the Lakelands North region numbered 292 units in the third quarter of 2024, up two sales compared to the same quarter in 2023.
